Our latest development nearing completion is ‘The Old Creamery’ in Kilmacow. The old abandoned Creamery Building has been restored and converted into 4 new residential units with another 5 new units adjacent. Thanks to #Brophy Bros Construction Ltd for the images and who completed all of the ground works.
Some progress shots from our Residential Division this week – Summerfields which is Waterford’s newest planned ‘urban village’ is progressing apace, next up is the Old Creamery Development in Kilmacow where the restored creamery building is looking very well with its Blue Bangor natural slate roof and finally some progress shots of our latest Development in Ferrybank where the scaffold is now coming down.
With all the Nursing Homes DFL are involved with at present we decided to share some images of Rathborne Nursing home in Dublin which is a purpose-built 5-star Nursing home which DFL completed in 2021. We delivered this 120 bed facility to the highest standards. The development has its own inner courtyards and secure landscaped gardens on a 6-acre site and offers long-term residential nursing care, dementia care, convalescence care, and respite short-stay care.

Our UK division recently completed #TheLuckyClub in #Camden – the Grade II listed, historic horse hospital received a £2 million facelift to create an exciting new addition to North London’s skyline. The 5,600 sq. foot new destination roof terrace specialises in Margaritas and Mezcal cocktails and boasts a retractable roof to allow for year round alfresco drinking and dining.
