Recreation & Leisure - Fitzwilton Hotel

The Fitzwilton Hotel is one of the finest hotels in Waterford. Opened in October 2006 less than 12 months after the project commenced, the hotel was constructed on a confined, split level, city centre site, with very restricted access during the construction phase. David Flynn Limited also constructed 3 blocks of apartments and a basement car park adjacent to the hotel as part of this development.

The hotel and apartments are completed to a very high standard of finish which can be clearly seen by all guests and residents of the hotel. David Flynn Limited were also responsible for the complete bar and restaurant fit-out on this project where they worked with the clients interior designer to deliver a contemporary style, through blending traditional woods with a modern design and lighting system.
