Pharmaceutical - IVAX / TEVA

David Flynn Ltd have carried out the vast majority of the clean room projects for IVAX (previously Norton Waterford Ltd.) in the last 10 years, one of the most recent projects involved a €10,000,000 fit-out of their pharmaceutical facility at Waterford Industrial Park.

David Flynn Ltd were the main contractors on this project and it involved re-cladding an existing warehouse unit and constructing a new clean room facility inside, along with associated staging areas, plant rooms and changing rooms etc. It also involved co-ordinating the mechanical and electrical installation along with the construction of the clean room. The programme was absolutely critical on this project and David Flynn Ltd handed it over “six weeks ahead of the original programme for the works”.
