Commercial - Paragon House

This New Office Development is the head quarters of David Flynn Limited’s operations. Opened by the Minister for the Environment Mr. Martin Cullen in June 2002 this development comprises of 630m2 of office space, 260m2 of utility area, 760m2 of covered stores and over 5,500m2 of open yard and car park.

Built on a 1.6 acre site on the outskirts of Waterford City, adjoining the IDA Industrial Park, this prestigious development was designed by Architect Nicky Fewer and his team and the Structural Engineer was Frank Fox and Associates. The interior is finished to the highest standards and was designed by the Interior Designer Liz Harte.
