Small Works

“If a job is worth doing, it’s worth doing Properly!”

Whilst DFL are more associated with delivering larger projects, over the last number of years we started doing smaller jobs and to this day we always have a number of smaller jobs in progress. We even have a dedicated team who deal specifically with the maintenance work and smaller projects. While we like to call it our ‘Small Works Division’ these projects receive every bit as much care and attention as the larger ones.

Research has shown that small projects can often be the most difficult to finish but thankfully this is not the case on a DFL site. Each smaller project has a dedicated team who take charge of the work from inception to completion with the ability to call on the resources from the larger projects as and when required.

Types of work undertaken by our Small Works Division:

  • Small Works Division
  • Building Maintenance
  • Fit-Outs
  • Insurance Works
  • Architectural Landscaping
  • Small Extensions
  • Emergency Repairs

How we Operate
We have a dedicated and higly skilled team to look after each project who pay close attention to the detail and most importantly the clients particular requirments.

We use the best craftsmen to deliver high quality workmanship and we have a committed and flexible approach in that often the smaller jobs can throw up more unusual challenges than the larger ones as they often involove working in existing premises etc.

Why Choose DFL?
Especially when there are so many small builders and handymen out there! ..... Well as the heading says at the top of the page we believe in the time honoured axiom that “if a job’s worth doing, it’s worth doing well”. Therefore health and safety is still the number one priority on the small jobs every bit as much on as the larger ones.

We’re in business for the last twenty five years successfully delivering quality projects safely and on time.

We plan on doing the same for the next twenty five, so you are dealing with a reputable company.

We meet with our clients first and ensure that we fully understand their needs before giving them an accurate quotation that we can stand over so this then gives them control over the budget.

We undertake to manage the design and planning process where required and we can also look after any archaeological works and reports that may be required.
