Refurbishments

As well as constructing some of the most modern and advanced buildings in the country we have also been responsible for the refurbishment of landmark buildings such as Christ Church Cathedral. 

We were also responsible for the total rewiring & redecoration of De La Salle College which was constructed in the 1880’s.

Refurbishment doesn’t necessarily mean working with listed buildings either in that a lot of our work involves expanding / adapting / renovating / modernising or the change of use of existing premises be they shops, factories, pharmaceutical facilities or supermarkets etc.

In fact David Flynn Limited is renowned for its ability to work within existing commercial and industrial facilities with minimum disruption and interference with client's production or retailing activities.
