David Flynn Ltd. has built a reputation for speed, efficiency and reliability in completing construction projects within client's often tight time frames, within budget and with a heavy emphasis on quality and Health and Safety Management.

The company has fostered a partnering arrangement with its principal sub contractors as outlined in the section on Subcontractor Relations, in order to ensure adequate resources are available to satisfy each client's individual requirements. Even with the current boom in the construction industry the company has an expansive array of resources at its disposal.

David Flynn Limited has an excellent record in Industrial Relations. We have not had a work stoppage on any of our sites through industrial action by our employees during the last 10 years.

The company also believes in investing in equipment and plant rather than hiring it. We are committed to long term growth and by owning our own plant this ensures that the necessary equipment is available when required and thus we are not relying on hire companies etc.
