Standards on site depend on the quality of people,
back up services and equipment. The company recognises that its most important
resource is its people and it is therefore committed to investing in their
training and development.
Ongoing staff training at DFL means we have the most
experienced people available. People who can draw on their expertise to
provide maximum flexibility in the way we work and the solutions we provide.
The safety of personnel is also carefully considered during all phases
of the project, from design, through the manufacture and initial start
on site to the final completion and handing over of the work.
It is the policy of DFL to ensure that everyone involved
with a project including people not in our employment (for example the
general public) who may be affected by our work activities are not exposed
to Health & Safety risks.
The company is also committed to the use of information
technology and all site teams have the backup of head office with fully
computerised design, planning, purchasing, accounting, estimating and
manufacturing facilities.
