Waterford Retail ParkWaterford Retail Park which was completed in 2007 by DFL, and consists of approx 9,755 square metres of high specification retail warehousing with approx 350 car parking spaces on site.
DFL were responsible for transforming this green field development into an award winning retail park (voted Best Retail Park, by Waterford City Council at the recent environmental award ceremony).
As well as the main retail section and associated yards and boundary walls, DFL were also responsible for all site works which involved a major cut & fill operation as well as a new roundabout and upgrading the adjoining roads and services.
