Role Responsibilities

Oversee the full commercial lifecycle of projects, from tender stage through to final account
Lead on procurement, valuations, cost reporting, and subcontractor management
Monitor budgets, forecasts, and ensure cost control throughout each project
Liaise closely with clients, consultants, and internal delivery teams
Identify risks and opportunities, ensuring project profitability
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior commercial staff

About You

5+ years of experience in Quantity Surveying, ideally with a main contractor
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
Commercially astute with strong contractual knowledge
Excellent communication, negotiation, and team leadership skills
Organised, driven, and proactive with a problem-solving mindset
