At David Flynn Ltd, we are proud to recognise and reward proactive safety behaviours through our Safety Observation Program. This is an important initiative driving continuous improvement on all our sites.
We’re delighted to announce that Ollie Kopczynski of Prowire Electrical has been awarded the July “Safety Observation” Award for his vigilance and quick action in identifying a piece of timber with a protruding nail on site.
This simple action prevented potential injuries to both workers and visitors, proving how crucial it is to stay alert to even the smallest details. Often, it’s the everyday observations like this that make the biggest difference in creating a safer working environment.
