Great to see our latest project for Whitebox Property Development Limited starting on site in Kilbarry and this one involves just under 200 new residential units.

Rathborne Nursing home is a new purpose-built 5-star Nursing home which DFL recently completed. We delivered this 120 bed facility to the highest standards. The development has its own inner courtyards and secure landscaped gardens on a 6-acre site and will offer long-term residential nursing care, dementia care, convalescence care, and respite short-stay care.

DFL were delighted to sign the Smartply Renewal Phase 2 main works contracts. This is for the new OSB Dryer Project at Medite Smartply Europe in Belview Port. Having successfully delivered the enabling works project. This a major investment for Smartply and the South East.
