Overview:

David Flynn Ltd is currently seeking an experienced and hands-on Fit-Out Foreman to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent position with responsibility for delivering high-end interior fit-out works across a range of live projects.

The successful candidate will play a key role on site, supervising all operational activities, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and timely project delivery. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a trusted and growing main contractor on some of the most detailed and design-led fit-out schemes in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all day-to-day operations for interior fit-out projects
Manage trades and subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with project specifications
Monitor programme progress, identify and resolve site issues, and report regularly to the site or project manager
Maintain strong health and safety practices on site and ensure all operations comply with statutory requirements
Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications to deliver high-quality finishes
Liaise professionally with clients, architects, engineers, and consultants as required.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar role as Fit-Out Foreman or Site Supervisor
Strong working knowledge of fit-out construction techniques, materials, and finishing standards
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling certifications
Full, clean driving licence
