Official Handover – Ardreagh Housing Development, Urlingford, Co. Kilkenny
This morning marked a very special milestone for DFL, Kilkenny and the local community of Urlingford, as we proudly handed over the keys to 18 brand-new, A-rated family homes at Ardreagh, Lumper Lane.
The occasion was officially celebrated with a ribbon-cutting ceremony by Cllr. Mary Hilda Cavanagh, Cathaoirleach of Kilkenny County Council, whose long-standing commitment to the local community made her presence particularly fitting.
These 18 energy-efficient homes will provide modern, sustainable living for families in Urlingford and stand as a testament to what can be achieved through strong collaboration between local authorities, contractors, and the wider community.
Following the ceremony, guests enjoyed light refreshments and the opportunity to come together to mark this important step forward for housing provision in the region.
