Harmony Heights Tramore, Sod Turning Ceremony

Sod turning at Harmony Heights, Tramore

On Friday, 07 November, we marked the start of an age-friendly, A-rated social housing development at Harmony Heights, Newtown, Tramore, in partnership with Waterford City & County Council.

- 20 new homes
- 16 two-bed bungalows
- 4 one-bed Part V bungalows

All homes will be delivered to full turnkey standard, built for comfort, safety, and energy efficiency. Harmony Heights is designed to support inclusive, long-term living for people with medical or age-related needs.

Thank you to Waterford City & County Council, Minister Browne, local representatives, our design team, and supply chain partners. We look forward to safe delivery on site and handing over quality homes for the community.
