Celebrating 40 Years of Construction Excellence in 2025!
We are thrilled to announce a major milestone for DFL as we celebrate four decades in business. DFL are excited to welcome three new senior staff members to our Board of Directors: John Ryan, Ray O’Brien, and Joe Dempsey.
John Ryan joins the board after an incredible 30+ years with DFL, having led hundreds of impactful projects, including the Danone Nutricia facility in Wexford – one of our most ambitious projects in recent years.
Ray O’Brien, our Contracts Manager, has been integral to the delivery of major projects, including the Integer facility in New Ross in late 2024 – one of our largest commercial contracts to date.
Joe Dempsey brings 26 years of experience in the industry, having worked as a quantity surveyor in both Ireland and the UK. His expertise spans public and private procurement, with a strong track record of delivering successful projects.
As we enter a period of rapid growth and exciting opportunities, we have several significant projects in the pipeline across the residential, medical, hospitality, and pharma sectors.
We wish John, Ray, and Joe all the best as they step into their new roles on the Board. This is an exciting time for DFL and for the construction industry as a whole!
