Rathborne Nursing home is a new purpose-built 5-star Nursing home which DFL recently completed. We delivered this 120 bed facility to the highest standards. The development has its own inner courtyards and secure landscaped gardens on a 6-acre site and will offer long-term residential nursing care, dementia care, convalescence care, and respite short-stay care.

The 12 month defect period is up on the South Mall office block in Cork. We refurbished this last year and we passed with flying colours. The project included the complete demolition and refurbishment of a five story office block above existing ground floor.
