David Flynn Ltd are currently recruiting a proactive and experienced Site Manager to oversee construction projects across the Mid-West region of Ireland. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations on site, ensuring the successful delivery of projects to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Role Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all on-site activities and subcontractors.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to specification.
• Implement and enforce health & safety protocols in line with company and statutory requirements.
• Maintain daily site records, reporting progress and issues to senior management.
• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks throughout all phases of the build.

About You

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Site Manager or similar leadership role.
• Experience in residential, commercial, or fit-out projects in Ireland.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors effectively.
• Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling certificates.
• Full, clean driving license.

Desirable

• Construction-related degree or trade background.
• Experience in residential, commercial, or fit-out projects in Ireland.
