Hard to believe it’s only 3 months since we were breaking ground on one of our latest residential developments in Urlingford, Co. Kilkenny. Well done to John Ryan and his team on great progress in such a short space of time. This project consisting of 18 No. A rated homes was designed by #Brian Dunlop Architects, Structural Engineer GARLAND and Energy Consultant JOT Energy Consultancy.
DFL in conjunction with our specialist Fitout Division and 40,000 sq. ft joinery facility, transformed Waterford Marina Hotel from a 3 star to a 4 star facility. The below footage gives you a glimpse of the refurbished guest bedrooms, 1843 bar and the new Elva restaurant all of which were completed whilst the hotel remained fully operational.
